P.E (physical actitvity) is a brilliant way to keep your bodies fit and healthy. Not only does it provide physical benefits, it also helps to stimulate your brain and can help your emotional well-being too.
Below, you will see a range of different activities and games, which will be assigned to you to complete as part of your online learning. Please note, they are organised into 3 sections to cover Early Years, Key stage 1 and Key stage 2.
They all have diagrams and pictures to help show you what to do. Don't worry about equipment as they all use items which can be found around the house.
